This private complex of 9 apartments located in the heart of the Sea garden in Varna. is finished to a very high standard.
The inhabitants can enjoy a pleasant summer evening in the lovely garden by the BBQ area or have their coffee in the summer-house after the refreshing morning jogging.
The security is ensured by 24-hour video-watching and an electronic security system in every single room in the apartments. During the day time a polite hostess meets the residents and their guests and in the night a security man makes sure nobody will invade and bother.
In the underground parking lot there's enough space so every family can disturbingly park several cars.
All those conveniences need to be handled and coordinated in such a discreet way that the owners will not be disturbed and in the same time everything will be in a working order, clean and shiny and all the activities will be done on time.
