If you are away from the property, it is extremely important to be sure that there is someone you can trust. We offer our Basic Property Care , Extended Property Care and Customers choice package to ensure that everything will be carried out to your satisfaction.

- Initial full inventory check of your property – all areas and its contents.
- Property inspection once a month.
- Ventilation of the property.
- Check for pests and vermin and recommended remedial action.
- Check of lightning, plumbing, humidity.
- Advice about any necessary repairs to maintain the property in perfect condition.
- Ensure all appliances to be in working order.
- Take care of indoor plants.
- Arrange cleaning once a year (7days notice required).
- Pay the bills for electricity water and telephone once a month (service does not include the sums for used water, electricity and phone calls made)
- Collect mail to leave inside property or re-post to an address of your choice.
- Emergency property checks following extreme weather and arranging clean up, if necessary
In addition:
- We act as your official key holder.
- We will mail you a monthly OWNER REPORT detailing any problems or recommendations regarding your property (incl. photographs where necessary)
- We act as your local information source.
