After completing the legal contracts, we shopped around for a company that would manage the apartment in our absence and assist us in getting the apartment furnished at a reasonable price.

 We spoke to a number of British companies based in Varna, but decided to go with S.F.M.L. a Bulgarian company based in Varna city centre.

 During that time, they have assisted us in furnishing the apartment and arranging the installation of kitchens, electric's, lighting, etc., all in our absence.

 During this time, they have kept us in touch with all developments as they happened and sent us regular photo's to show us the progress that was made.

 They also have taken us around a number of different retail outlets in Varna, showing us a wide range of retail goods all at the same price a local Bulgarian would pay.

 This has saved us an enormous amount of time and effort and provided a huge cost saving to us compared to the prices for a 'complete furniture' package recommended by the British companies.

 I would have no hesitation in recommending S.F.M.L. and in particular Nikolay Bonev who has assisted from the start.

My name is Tom O’Donnell and I am from Co Clare in Ireland. In April 2005 I purchased a one bedroom off plan apartment in the Breeze district of Varna. The real estate company I was buying through informed me during the building process that they were ceasing to supply apartment fit out and management services. They confirmed all pricing with me before making any purchases and I felt that I could fully trust SFM to make decisions on my behalf.

An additional benefit in dealing with SFM is the immediate access to legal services. In a strange country it is not always easy to understand the processes. If SFM were not able to answer any of my questions or concerns they had immediate access to in-house legal advice which was very efficient and comforting.

SFM went above and beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions. They arranged everything from airport pick, hotel accommodation, dentist appointments and even theatre tickets. My apartment is finished now and I am delighted with how it has turned out and the way SFM took all the stress out of the process.

In my dealings with SFM I feel I have not only invested in Bulgaria but that I have made some great friends and always look forward to meeting up with Mitko, Gerri, Nick and Alex when I am in Varna.

Because bulgarian furnishing tastes differ from british tastes I was asked by Safe Future Management
Ltd if it would be possible to send over some 'Ideal Homes' types of magazines from Britain. The team wished to research the british market. Therefore, together with this reading material and the list of advertisers' web sites that these magazines provided, the subject was carefully studied and before long the company knew more about british tastes than we did!
This city centre company are all english speaking bulgarian people. They are highly educated, with
other languages also being spoken. The team are contactable by day or by night. They are very courtious and attentive to every communication and/or request that they receive. Eagerness to please is paramount together with their desire to get things done 'just right'. The local knowledge of Safe Future
Management Ltd encompasses both business and retail and they have immediate contact with reliable
tradesmen which proves invaluable. The team combiens their business like attitude with
friendliness also and by listening and being able to ask any sort of questions I have learnt much about bulgarian culture and the bulgarian way of life.
Safe Future Management look after my apartment holiday home which is located in the 'Greek Quarter' of Varna city. My apartment is aired and inspected by the company on a regular basis. My letter box is emptied and all my bills are paid promptly by them. The 'Residents Association' have been given the
business card of Safe Future Management Ltd and they know that my property management company are happy to be contacted 24/7 if the need arises.
Not being resident myself in Varna I am pleased that Safe Future Management have taken on any worries that I might otherwise have and happily they have assumed
