Property Management Services
- Full inventory check of your property – all areas and its contents
- Property inspection
- Inside-outside quick inspection
- Ventilation of the property.
- Check for pests and vermin and recommended remedial action.
- Check of lightning, plumbing, humidity.
- Advice about any necessary repairs to maintain the property in perfect condition.
- Ensure all appliances to be in working order.
- Take care of indoor plants. (Upon request and schedule contracted)
- Arrange cleaning (7days notice required). Hand over cleans, spring cleans, linen service, upholstery, rug and carpet cleaning, maid service, jet/pressure washing
- After completion cleaning- new buildings (Ventilate thoroughly the property, remove all builder rubbish and paint grease marks, clean and disinfect kitchen cupboards, all white goods inside and outside, clean and disinfect the bathroom, sweep all the walls and ceilings, sweep and wash the floors and terraces, clean and polish all windows, glass doors, mirrors)
- Pay the bills for electricity water and telephone once a month (service does not include the sums for used water, electricity and phone calls made)
- Emergency property checks following extreme weather and arranging clean up, if necessary.
- We act as your official key holder.
- We will act as your official key holder for you, your guests and in the event of an emergency.
- We will mail you a monthly owner report detailing any problems or recommendations regarding your property (incl. photographs where necessary)
- We also arrange the maintenance of the garden, swimming pool and all the internal and external common places.
- We pay all the taxes for lifts maintenance, pay the electricity for the common areas. (The service does not include the sums for the lift maintenance and electricity)
- Pay the annual municipal and local taxes and fill in tax declarations.
- Essential equipment supply. Full bedroom equipment – linen, blankets, pillows /if not already equipped some of them/. Full kitchen equipment – plates, glasses, cups, forks, spoons, knifes, pan, coffeemaker, electric kettle, microwave /if not already equipped some of them/. Full bathroom equipment – towel set, shower curtain /if not already equipped some of them/. Cleaning set – washing liquid, bucket, broom, duster, dust – bin.
